About Us

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE.

MENA Build & Design is an established construction and renovation company based in Marbella, Spain. Since 2007, we have been transforming villas, apartments and residential properties throughout Marbella and the Costa del Sol. Over the years, our experience has grown alongside our team, allowing us to undertake everything from individual renovation works to complete property transformations.

Our philosophy has remained the same from the beginning: do things properly. We believe quality construction requires experience, careful preparation, skilled workmanship and attention to every detail.

ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.

A complete renovation involves many different stages and specialist trades. Our role is to bring those elements together and coordinate the project as one complete transformation. We work closely with our clients from the initial consultation through to completion, providing professional guidance, clear communication and a central point of contact throughout the process.

MARBELLA IS OUR HOME.

Our experience extends across Marbella, Benahavís, Estepona and the surrounding Costa del Sol, including some of the region’s most established residential areas such as the Golden Mile, Sierra Blanca, Cascada de Camoján, Nueva Andalucía, La Zagaleta, El Madroñal, Guadalmina, Los Monteros, El Rosario, Elviria and the New Golden Mile.

Many of our clients are international property owners who do not live permanently in Spain. We understand the importance of trust, organisation and communication when managing a renovation from abroad.
