Our team carried out extensive renovation and finishing works throughout the development, transforming and enhancing its communal outdoor spaces. The project included comprehensive works on the swimming pools, with special attention given to waterproofing, preparation, finishing details and the seamless integration of each pool into its surroundings.

We also completed the exterior flooring using high-quality microcement, creating a continuous, elegant and contemporary finish across the terraces and communal areas. This material was carefully applied to provide visual harmony throughout the development while ensuring a durable and practical surface suitable for outdoor use and the coastal climate.

The project also included the complete exterior painting of the residential community. Façades, walls and architectural elements were thoroughly prepared, repaired where necessary and professionally repainted to refresh the overall appearance of the development and protect the surfaces from exposure to the sea air and changing weather conditions.

In addition, our team completed a wide range of exterior construction, restoration and finishing works throughout the communal areas. Every detail was carefully coordinated to maintain a consistent standard of quality across the entire development, respecting its contemporary architecture and exclusive beachfront setting.

From the swimming pools and microcement surfaces to the complete exterior painting and final architectural details, each stage of the project was carried out with precision, professional workmanship and close attention to detail. The result is a renewed and harmonious residential environment that reflects the quality, elegance and distinctive character of Velaya.
